What you get
Courses and editions
Introductory, sport, defensive, corporate and institutional or your own courses — each edition with capacity, a waiting list and a sign-up deadline.
Online sign-ups with payment
Sign-up via link or widget and online payment in full or as a deposit (once Stripe is connected); you settle the balance after a deposit manually. A full edition gets a waiting list, and you can approve sign-ups manually.
Training documents
Declarations, consents and instructions from your own templates, attached to the course — staff generate a PDF for each sign-up from the panel.
PDF certificates
After the course, a certificate with your text, background and an automatic number.
Shooting events
Several people in one sign-up and, once enabled, a firearms licence question and a discount by group size.
Staff, attendance and club card
Instructor and range officer roles, groups, schedule, attendance (also QR) and, once enabled, a club card as PDF.
How it works in your club
Course and edition
You create a course and its edition: date, capacity, full price or deposit, and the sign-up window.
Sign-up and payment
Participants sign up via a link or widget and pay online once Stripe is connected. When the edition is full, they go on the waiting list, and you can approve sign-ups manually.
Documents and classes
Staff generate training documents as PDF from the panel and take attendance, including by QR code.
Certificate
After the course, you issue a PDF certificate in the panel with your text and an automatic number.
Frequently asked questions
Does Klubownik keep a firearms register?
No. The shooting module handles courses, sign-ups, training documents, certificates and events — it does not keep a firearms, ammunition or licence register.
Can I take a deposit for a course?
Yes. A course edition has a full price or a deposit, capacity and a waiting list. Online payment once Stripe is connected, optionally with manual approval of sign-ups; you settle the balance after a deposit manually.
How do I issue a course completion certificate?
After the course, you issue a PDF certificate in the panel with your text, background and an automatic number, e.g. CERT/2026/0001. Certificates have no expiry date.
How much does Klubownik cost?
Plans differ by the limit of active participants, text messages and file storage — the features are the same. Monthly prices incl. VAT: Starter PLN 49 (up to 50 participants); Standard PLN 99 (up to 150 participants); Pro PLN 179 (up to 500 participants). Paying yearly costs less, and the first 30 days are free, no card.
How do I move my data and get started?
Upload participants and guardians from XLSX/CSV. The wizard suggests mappings, detects matching people and can create missing groups; review the preview before saving. Undo within 72 hours has limits and does not restore fields filled in for existing participants. Request free help with setup and file import through the Settings Questionnaire.
Is there an app for parents?
Parents use the panel in the browser and can install it on their phone like an app. In Poland, Android users can also get the Klubownik app on Google Play. On iPhone, notifications work after adding the panel to the home screen.
