Choose a plan using the total number of non-archived participant profiles across all clubs belonging to the same owner. Include pending, inactive and suspended profiles, including profiles created for trial bookings. Archived profiles do not count towards the limit.

How much will I pay for a smaller club?
The calculator selects a plan using the total number of non-archived participant profiles across the owner’s clubs and shows its base price for the selected billing period. With annual billing, the monthly amount is an average over 12 months. Add-ons are charged separately; check the other plan limits too.
When should I move to a higher plan?
Every plan includes all core features and one industry module. Plans differ in limits — including the number of participants, clubs and SMS, and file storage.
Is data migration from another system included?
The import transfers participants, guardians, groups, training venues and payments from month columns. It does not transfer attendance history, the class schedule, passes, invoices or documents. Yes, free of charge. You fill in the Settings survey in Settings, and we set up the club based on your answers and import the data from your file.
Are the parent portal and documents included in the plan?
Yes — the parent portal, GDPR consents, documents, and attendance system are available in all paid plans. There are no hidden fees for these features.
Can I change plans during my subscription?
Yes. The account owner selects the plan and billing period in the subscription settings. With an active card subscription, you see a preview of the amount, any adjustment for unused time and the billing dates before confirming. The calculator’s base price does not quote the additional charge for changing your current subscription.
How do I turn off automatic renewal?
For a card subscription, the account owner opens “Manage card payment” in the subscription settings. The payment provider’s portal lets them stop renewal at the end of the current period. Check the end date in the confirmation; this does not shorten the paid period. A subscription paid by bank transfer is extended with another payment.
What happens when the trial or paid period ends?
If payment is the only issue, access after the trial or paid period lasts until the end of the second day after the end date, in the Europe/Warsaw time zone. A deadline falling on a weekend moves to Monday. After that, non-payment blocks access. A confirmed and settled payment can lift a non-payment block; required documents or an administrator's restriction must be resolved separately. If you have paid and access is still blocked, contact support before paying again.
How do I request contract withdrawal or a refund for Klubownik?
Turning off renewal does not submit a notice of withdrawal or a refund request. For these matters, email kontakt@klubownik.pl and identify the purchase concerned; do not send full card details. The Polish Terms describe the consumer’s 14-day right of withdrawal, how to notify us, charges for a service started at the consumer’s express request, and exceptions. Check the version applicable to your contract. This information does not limit your rights or the operator’s earlier commitments.
