Through the sign-up form or an enrolment open only to adults, they create their own account and land on your member list.
Declaration and consents online
The member signs the membership declaration and other documents in the panel — with a finger on the screen or by confirming.

The annual or monthly fee is created automatically, the member pays by bank transfer with a ready reference or online, and arrears reminders go out automatically.

Frequently asked questions
Is the membership declaration ready to use?
AI Documents include a membership declaration template in Polish — a starting point to adapt, not legal advice. The member signs the declaration in the panel with a finger on the screen or by confirming.
Is the member number assigned automatically?
No. You enter the member number and the admission date in the member’s profile, and the declaration can pull them into its text.
Will a member who hasn’t paid the fee be suspended automatically?
No. You change the member’s status yourself — active, inactive, suspended or archived. Reminders about overdue fees go out automatically.
What wording does the panel use?
The admin panel uses sports club vocabulary, such as “Training Groups” and the “Coach” role — you can’t change these names. You name groups, classes and passes yourself, you can change the content of emails in the templates, and the parent and participant panel speaks neutrally about classes and instructors.
How much does Klubownik cost?
Plans differ by the limit of active participants, text messages and file storage — the features are the same. Monthly prices incl. VAT: Starter PLN 49 (up to 50 participants); Standard PLN 99 (up to 150 participants); Pro PLN 179 (up to 500 participants). Paying yearly costs less, and the first 30 days are free, no card.
How do I move my data and get started?
Upload participants and guardians from XLSX/CSV. The wizard suggests mappings, detects matching people and can create missing groups; review the preview before saving. Undo within 72 hours has limits and does not restore fields filled in for existing participants. Request free help with setup and file import through the Settings Questionnaire.
Is there an app for parents?
Parents use the panel in the browser and can install it on their phone like an app. In Poland, Android users can also get the Klubownik app on Google Play. On iPhone, notifications work after adding the panel to the home screen.
