Enquiry or trial class
A parent leaves an enquiry through the club’s form or books a trial class on the club website built in Klubownik. The enquiry lands in Recruitment, and messages before and after the trial class go out automatically.
Group, capacity and fees
The participant joins a group by age, with a capacity limit and — once enabled — a waiting list. The fee or pass is created automatically every period, and the parent pays by bank transfer with a ready reference or online.
Attendance and make-up classes
The coach takes attendance on the phone, the parent reports an absence in the panel and, once make-up classes are enabled, picks the make-up date themselves.
Contact and the next month
Notices about cancelled classes and schedule changes reach parents automatically, you send announcements to a whole group, and the next charges and arrears reminders are created without your input.

Does Klubownik have a football module?
There is no separate football module. The academy uses the core features: groups by birth year, schedule, fees, events, camps, the shop and the parent panel. You can set the discipline “Football” for the groups.
Can I handle several pitches and locations?
Yes. Each group has a location with an address and a map, and you can split summaries and revenue by location. There is no separate role for a single-location manager — you can limit a coach’s view to their own groups.
Does Klubownik keep match statistics and line-ups?
No. Klubownik does not keep match statistics, line-ups or a league fixture list. You can add matches and tournaments as events with sign-ups.
How much does Klubownik cost?
Plans differ by the limit of active participants, text messages and file storage — the features are the same. Monthly prices incl. VAT: Starter PLN 49 (up to 50 participants); Standard PLN 99 (up to 150 participants); Pro PLN 179 (up to 500 participants). Paying yearly costs less, and the first 30 days are free, no card.
How do I move my data and get started?
Upload participants and guardians from XLSX/CSV. The wizard suggests mappings, detects matching people and can create missing groups; review the preview before saving. Undo within 72 hours has limits and does not restore fields filled in for existing participants. Request free help with setup and file import through the Settings Questionnaire.
Is there an app for parents?
Parents use the panel in the browser and can install it on their phone like an app. In Poland, Android users can also get the Klubownik app on Google Play. On iPhone, notifications work after adding the panel to the home screen.
