Before you enter the demo
Enter your email and the type of classes you run. The demo will open right away, and if you have any questions, we'll get in touch at this address.
Your own club and the end of the trial
A new owner’s first club starts with a 30-day trial without a card. Additional clubs use the owner’s subscription.
After the trial, non-payment blocks access once the grace period ends: at the end of the second day after the end date in the Europe/Warsaw time zone; a weekend deadline moves to Monday. Document and administrator restrictions apply separately.
If access is blocked only for non-payment, an owner or administrator can download the available data and files from Data Export for 30 days after the trial or paid period ends. Contact support if you need a wider export or help accessing it.
