Introduction
How does the program work?
You recommend Klubownik to other clubs. When the first-payment conditions are met, both parties receive a free month. With 3 active referrals, you may earn commission settled in subscription months.
Who can become a partner?
An adult running a business, or a legal entity, accepted by the operator. You do not need your own club to apply; arrange the account link needed to use bonuses with the operator.
How do I apply?
Use the button on this page to open the form. Confirmation that your application was received is not acceptance into the program. After approval, the operator sends your partner code and link.
Tier 1 — a free month
When is the Tier 1 bonus earned?
After the attributed club's first paid platform subscription, subject to the program conditions. A click or club registration alone is insufficient. The terms describe exclusions, including partners exempt from fees.
Is there a referral limit?
The program sets no referral limit. Each bonus requires the conditions to be met; another payment from the same club is not a new Tier 1 referral.
What if I have no active subscription?
With a linked owner account, months can enter the credit bank and be used when a subscription is activated. Without a linked account, contact the operator; the bonus is not a cash payout.
Tier 2 — 10% commission
How does the 3-active-referral threshold work?
It counts referrals with active status when commission accrues, rather than all registrations. Falling below 3 pauses new accruals until the threshold is met again.
How is commission calculated?
The terms provide for 10% of the base subscription's net amount, excluding VAT and add-ons. Calculation example: a PLN 100 base gives PLN 10 commission. This is not a plan price; report discrepancies to the operator.
Can I predict annual results?
Results depend on qualifying payments and maintaining the threshold. Ten bases of PLN 100 × 10% × 12 months would give PLN 1,200 credit. This calculation assumes constant conditions and guarantees neither results nor cash.
Do add-ons and participant payments earn commission?
The scope described in the terms covers the base platform subscription. Add-ons, one-off payments and payments from participants to clubs are outside that base.
Payouts and settlement
How does commission become months?
Divide total commission by the partner's monthly plan price and round down to whole months. The program uses a PLN 179 reference when no price is established; this is not a statement of the current Standard plan price.
When does settlement happen?
The operator processes commission periodically under the monthly rules in the terms. An email summary alone does not mean months have been credited. Check pending and settled amounts and history in the dashboard.
Can I receive a bank transfer?
The current settlement method is subscription credit, without a bank transfer or cash. We make no promise of exemption from tax or documentation duties; discuss your own accounting with your accountant.
What happens to the remainder?
The remainder carries forward. Calculation example only: at a PLN 100 price, PLN 90 plus another PLN 20 gives 1 month and PLN 10 remaining credit.
Referral attribution
How does the link attribute a referral?
A valid link stores partner_ref_code in this browser for 30 days. The code is read when a new club is created, then the cookie is removed. Creating a user account alone does not finish club attribution.
What if several links are clicked?
Technically, another valid link overwrites the code and resets the 30 days. The code present in the browser when the club is created is used. Contact the operator with attribution questions.
Can I refer another club of my own?
No. Attribution is skipped when the new club and partner code belong to the same owner account. The terms also prohibit artificial referrals.
What if the cookie is blocked or removed?
Without the code when the club is created, the mechanism will not attribute a referral. Changing device or browser profile does not transfer the code. Contact the operator if you encounter a problem.
Dashboard and notifications
Where can I see my results?
In the partner dashboard, signed in with the account linked to your code. It shows active referrals, the commission threshold, pending amounts, banked months and settlement history.
Can I change my code or name?
The code supports existing links and has no self-service edit in the partner dashboard. Arrange a display-name change with the operator; changing that name does not change the link code.
Which notifications will I receive?
A monthly summary covers the previous month for partners with activity and an available email address. No email does not prove that nothing accrued; check the dashboard.
What happens after a refund?
The terms allow reversal of the Tier 1 bonus after a first-payment refund within 14 days, and commission adjustment after a refund or chargeback. Report a disputed balance to the operator.

Where are the full conditions?
Use the terms link on this page. It covers participation, bonuses, commission, exclusions and complaints. Applying requires acceptance of the terms; this guide does not replace them.
Which activities are prohibited?
Self-referrals, fictitious clubs, bots, spam, advertising on the Klubownik brand and misleading recipients. The terms provide for code deactivation, bonus adjustments and exclusion.
Who processes my data?
The controller is Michał Szymanowski trading as Klubownik, NIP 8942712124. Application data supports review and, after approval, program administration and settlements. Details and rights: the terms, privacy policy and iod@klubownik.pl.
How do I leave?
Email contact@klubownik.pl. The operator deactivates the code and settles pending commission under the terms. Leaving does not mean immediate deletion of all settlement history.
