Connect Klubownik with the tools you use
Online payments via Stripe, invoices in KSeF, Google Calendar and iCal, SMS, Facebook lead forms, import from other systems, widgets for your website and — in a pilot — fiscal printers. You turn on each integration once you connect your own account.
Stripe Connect
Online payments for fees, subscriptions, events and the shop — once the club’s Stripe account is connected. Card and BLIK without redirects, automatic payouts to the club’s account.
- Card and BLIK (BLIK in Poland)
- Fees, subscriptions, events, shop
- Payouts to the club’s account
- Payouts and refunds in the panel
KSeF
Invoices for passes, fees and the shop sent straight to Poland’s National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) using the FA(3) schema. You turn on the automation once the club’s KSeF account is connected. For clubs based in Poland.
- Invoices in KSeF
- Passes, fees, shop
- Payment export to CSV/XLSX
- Continuous numbering
Fiscal printers
In a pilot for clubs whose country is Poland: POSNET Thermal HD Online over TCP and ELZAB Mera Online on Windows. Requires local software, pairing and workstation configuration. ELZAB K1 Slim does not support fiscal receipt printing through this integration.
- POSNET
- ELZAB
- Pilot phase
- Installation and configuration
Google Calendar + iCal
The club’s training sessions and events go to Google Calendar one way — automatically every 6 hours or right away with the “Sync now” button. Changes made in Google Calendar don’t come back to Klubownik. Plus an iCal subscription (Apple Calendar, Outlook, Thunderbird) with a private link.
- From Klubownik to Google Calendar
- iCal subscription
- Training sessions and events
- Updates every 6 hours
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
Enquiries from Facebook and Instagram lead forms go straight to Recruitment. You connect your Page in Settings → Integrations and choose the forms.
- Facebook and Instagram
- Enquiries straight to Recruitment
- Selected forms
- Connected in settings
SMS (SMSAPI.pl)
SMS via SMSAPI.pl: cancelled or rescheduled classes, reminders about payments, events and exams, messages to groups. The limit comes from your plan and packs; you can connect your own SMSAPI account. Works once your plan is paid, and you turn on notification types in SMS Settings.
- SMSAPI.pl
- Limit from plan and packs
- Your own SMSAPI account
- Notification types to turn on
Emails
Ready-made email templates with the club logo: welcomes, reminders, sign-up confirmations, invoices, orders, birthdays. You can pause automatic sending overnight.
- Templates with the club logo
- Welcomes and reminders
- Confirmations and invoices
- Quiet hours for automations
Import from WodGuru
WodGuru export importer for CSV/XLSX files: participants, guardians, groups and payments from month columns. Review the mappings and preview before saving. Undo within 72 hours has limits and does not restore fields filled in for existing people. Schedules, attendance history and invoices are not imported.
- Participants, guardians and groups
- Monthly fees
- Preview before import
- Undo within 72 hours — with limits
Import from MAAT / eFitness
The wizard recognises columns from MAAT and eFitness exports. Before importing you see a preview with errors; an interrupted import cleans up after itself.

- Import from eFitness
- Preview with errors
- Interrupted imports clean up after themselves
Excel / CSV
You import participants, guardians, groups and fees from an Excel or CSV file. The wizard guides you step by step.

- Step-by-step wizard
- Column matching
- Data check before import

Widgets for your website
You embed the schedule, price list, sign-up form, class booking, recruitment, events and camps on your website — in the club’s colours. You’ll find the codes in the Embeds & Links menu.

Sign-ups and contact from the club website
A section on the club website: the “Sign up online” button leads to registration, and the “Leave your details, we’ll call you back” form (needs to be turned on) collects enquiries. Each enquiry lands in the club’s inbox with a push notification.
- Two buttons
- Custom badge
- Push notification
- Content editor
PayU and your club’s website
Website in Klubownik — including a custom domain
If you build your website in Klubownik, complete the details and documents in Settings → Payments. Connecting your own domain does not change the requirements: the offer, club details, terms and privacy policy must be publicly available on that website.
Your own website outside Klubownik
You can keep your current website. Add clear information and links accessible without signing in:
- The full legal name of the organisation running the club, address, tax ID, registration number (if assigned) and contact details.
- A description of the offer, prices and currency, available payment methods, and when and how the service or membership pass becomes available.
- Terms of sale: rules for purchasing, payment, complaints, withdrawal, cancellation and refunds appropriate to your offer. You can link to the club’s public terms in Klubownik.
- A privacy policy describing actual data processing, including processing by Klubownik and the payment provider. Link to your own policy or the relevant public club document.
- A visible button to sign up or pay in Klubownik. Customers should understand what they are buying and where they will make the payment.
Your promotional website + a club page in Klubownik
You do not need to move your main website. In Website settings, publish a site on your club’s subdomain under klubownik.pl, add your actual offer and documents, and add a visible link from your own website. An empty site or a documents-only address does not guarantee PayU approval.
Submit the exact URL of the website with your offer and documents to PayU. Check it in a private window: content and links must work without signing in. PayU reviews the website and decides on activation.
How to activate PayU — guideCore features and industry modules
Martial arts and shooting clubs have an industry module — the plan includes one module. Every other club uses the core features.
Core features
For every club: participants, groups, attendance, payments, documents and the parent panel.
Martial arts module
Over 30 ready-made rank templates (including karate, judo, BJJ, taekwondo, kickboxing, krav maga) and your own systems. Belts, exams, requirements, club card (once enabled).
Shooting module
Shooting courses with editions, online sign-ups, documents to sign and PDF certificates.
Club website
3 club website templates, an address on klubownik.pl or your own domain, schedule and price list updated from the panel, descriptions for Google.
Ask about migration, integrations, and the website
If you want to quickly check migration from WodGuru, CSV import, Stripe Connect, or website embeds, AI will give you a short answer with sources.
Move from integrations into the full club flow
Integrations alone do not close the rollout. Most often you still need praktyczne help, documentation, or a discussion about website flow and migration.
Help: integrations and website
Move into guides about forms, widgets, registrations, and conversion flow.
Product documentation
An overview of selected payment, import and parent portal features.
Discuss your website flow or migration
A good path for clubs with their own website or a more custom onboarding flow.
